nicholsons is an independently owned estate agency business founded in 2005. The directors of the company, Graham Rumsby and Alasdair Nuttall, have over 75 years industry experience between them in the local marketplace with the team, having a total of 125 years of property market experience.

Following the success of Residential Sales our Lettings Department opened in 2007 and is headed up by Alasdair Nuttall, one of our directors.

We relocated to new premises in 2011, to the busiest part of the town located at the entrance of the Hart shopping centre and have subsequently seen a significant increase in the level of footfall through our doors resulting in an increase in Sales and Lets achieved.

At nicholsons we take a pro-active approach to selling and letting property combining traditional estate agency methods with the latest marketing and technology to ensure maximum exposure of every property to the widest possible audience. Furthermore we pride ourselves in providing a truly personal service individually tailored for each clients specific needs.
